It’s not exactly new exactly a new food.  It is one of the best broths you can give to your immune system. Just think about it. regular broth comes from the outside of the chicken or your preference of poultry. But Bone broth goes further than that. You are consuming the vitamins and minerals from the broken down bones which have powerful healing properties. So how exactly is it made and what are it’s benefits?
