One of my favorite things is granola. it goes with mostly everything. Plus it makes for a killer snack. But I get turned off my either how much comes in a bag. small quantity, in a big bag. Or the price.

Move over Cinnamon. Turmeric is the new Anti- Inflammatory queen. It has been used in India for thousands of years as a spice and medicinal herb. It’s also a strong antioxidant. This was back in 1995, Kindergarten year.
Now I look forward to what my sister and brother are going to dress their kids. It brings the Halloween Spirit back into my life. I didn’t want to make anything confusing or with items that are hard to find. This is a simple and no hassle recipe.
