Spaghetti Squash Lasagna

Hello there! i hope all of you are having a great week so far. I know its Christmas week. So, some of you might be hectic if you havent done your christmas shopping like me. Me and my intermediate family have a Secret Santa every year. This makes it easier for us to find a present for one particular person. And should i mention no major damage on our budget compare to if we did do Secret santa. But now i have two nephews so i pretty much have to buy three presents. This year i am waiting until the last minute to buy a gift for both my nephews. Yikes!!
Well everything will fall into place. thinking positive here.
But for the rest of you who celebrate Hanukkah, or other festive holidays, Happy Holidays. May you be filled with love and peace. . . . and lots of food in your belly 🙂
Today’s tutorial is new to me. I have never in my life ate squash before. But when i stumbled upon this recipe, i knew that it was going to make my first experience trying squash the best ever.
