PCOS can be overwhelming in the beginning. But there’s a few huge things you should keep in mind that will make your life less stressful. Add GREENS, LESS DIARY, LESS GLUTEN, MORE PROTEIN. Protein will help you balance and keep your blood sugar balanced through out the day. It also helps you to prevent over eating throughout the day. Raise your Peanut Butter Jar and lets raise a toast to Peanut butter!!!! CHEERS!!

Instructions:

  1. slice banana and apple
  2. pour yogurt into a bowl
  3. add sliced banana and apple, peanut butter, chia seeds, bee pollen, GET CREATIVE 😉
  4. ENJOY!! PROVECHO!!!
