Ginger Tea Latte

Move over Cinnamon. Turmeric is the new Anti- Inflammatory queen. It has been used in India for thousands of years as a spice and medicinal herb. It’s also a strong antioxidant. Add this on everything. I like to give my food some color at times by sprinkling some on my veggies or smoothies. Taste is slightly bitter and earthy. Just a little pinch and you’re set.

My sister shared this recipe with me. The only thing I decided to add was froth milk. I love latte’s because of the creamy texture. I find a froth want to be more convenient for me because it gives me more control over how frothy I make the milk. I found my froth one at IKEA. IT was cheap but it does the job

Ingredients:

Fresh Ginger

Turmeric powder

ground black pepper

Sweetener (honey, or sugar)

Milk(hot boiled)
