In my late twenties I don’t really look forward to Halloween as much as I did when I was a teenager or in elementary. My mom would make all my costumes from scratch. So that was the huge thing i’d look forward to. I still remember my first Elementary School Costume. And also my favorite of all times. Little Red Riding Hood. This was back in 1995, Kindergarten year.
Now I look forward to what my sister and brother are going to dress their kids. It brings the Halloween Spirit back into my life. This year I plan to dress up and join them on their Trick or Treat Rendezvous. Since i’m all about food. I decided to make something Halloween Themed this year. I didn’t want to make anything confusing or with items that are hard to find. This is a simple and no hassle recipe.
All you need is small pumpkins and a box of mac and cheese. I prefer anything organic and gluten free. Annie’s Macaroni and cheese pasta is my go to box.
Set your oven to 375 and bake the pumkins for 15 minutes or until they soften so it’s easy to cut out the faces.

Add the mac and cheese into the pumkin and bake again for 10 minutes
