With so many Kombucha brands in the market It’s hard to know which brand is the best. If you’re reading this. You’re in luck because I took time to try the most popular brands out there. You’re welcome. Let me tell you that some of these brands weren’t the very best. I am going to list a few of my favorites.
Let’s start with the one Kombucha that changed my mind about what I thought about it. My first experience with bucha wasn’t the best. But I decided to give it a try when I found this nice appealing bottle
- Health-Ade Kombucha
Hands down this is my number one go-to bucha. Health-ade works hard to stand out from the rest. It is high quality and taste amazing. Compare to other drinks that have a very strong fermented taste. 3. Brew Dr. Kombucha
My last all time favorite is this bre from Townshed’s Company. It’s a flavorful drink with a medium fermentation. But crisp taste. One of my favorite flavors is Superberry. If you are new to Kombucha. I recommend to make this your first one. This flavor balances the subtle sweetness of kombucha with the tart flavors of various berries.
About the Ingredients
Elderberry – Elderberries are used as an anti-inflammatory and are a wonderful cleanser.
Hibiscus – Extract from this flower is said to have the same health benefits to the heart as a glass of red wine, and contains antioxidants.
Rose Hips – The vitamin C content of dry rose hips is higher than that of citrus fruit. It is also used as an anti-inflammatory.
Currants – Currants have been shown to have twice the potassium of bananas, four times the vitamin C of oranges and twice the antioxidants of blueberries and also are high in GLA (a very rare Omega-6 essential fatty acid).
