Ingredients(serves 1 person):
1 clove Garlic, minced
2-3 leaves of Basil, chopped
1 tsp Oregano, chopped
2tbsp Balsamic vinegar
pinch of black pepper
- Chop the tomatoes and herbs. Mince the garlic.
- take the cucumber and make sure to rinse and clean it before you spiralizer it.
- In a small bowl, add the oregano, garlic, basil, tomato, and balsamic vinegar. stir. add a dash of black pepper.
- Toss the the cucumber in a bowl along with the dressing.
